Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

I am a novice on Shopify and I decided to use the Fontify app. So, that I could apply custom fonts to my store. The problem was that, even though they were compliant and everything seemed a go, they were not applying within my chosen theme, Dawn. I tried to fix it several times myself without success. I emailed customer support at Fontify late that night. It wasn't long before I got an email back from them, but by then I had already gone to live chat. I was fortunated enough to get Jade as my representive. Jade had the task handled in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend having a Fontify subscription. Thank you, Jade, for such an efficient job.

Anna was incredibly helpful, and assisted me in everything I needed. When a new problem arose she was able to help me fix very quickly

At first, it was a bit difficult because the settings are separate from the main settings.
However, the e-assistant was very helpful — fast to respond and guiding me step by step.

The custom element feature is also very helpful.

If possible, it would be great if in the future everything could be directly integrated, so the setup process would be much easier

A great app! We were able to add a few different fonts to customize our shop. It really makes a huge difference to have your own fonts within your website. I was initially confused by the CSS terminology but the customer service is STELLAR. They were able to figure out how to change every little part of what I was asking for and assist me in customizing quickly and easily. Highly recommend!

Great app, I had some problems with our theme fonts overwriting the Fontify fonts. The customer services (Andy) made sure the problem got resolved in just a few minutes. Just great!

Fontiny is one of the best must-have apps on Shopify. With this super powerful app you can change font on any part of the website you want. The support team is super helpful. They help me modify any part and solve any issue. With this powerful app I can build a much better looking website when I download fonts from big sites. By the way Andrew from support team is realy a star for me.

I have had to apply a customer font for our charity store and was having issues doing so, Hana from Fontify was incredibly helpful and walked mw through the steps to apply to the various elements

Easy to use app - takes only a few minutes to set up. Had a small issue with the font displaying incorrectly due to spacing and after contacting the support, it was fixed promptly (by Hana). Great communication and service.

My experience was 10/10! I used their support team (specifically Eric) who helped me set everything up and was incredibly helpful and patient. He was super responsive and communicated really well. The font I uploaded looks great. Would definitely recommend!!
