We've found that the AI-driven coverage insights are accurately calculated and reliable. Effective inventory forecasting & planning tool
Monocle has been a valuable tool for our inventory and warehouse management. The setup process was straightforward, and the platform provides a clean interface to build POs for our supplier. Built-in features like Monocle Insights on POs allows us to quickly clean up order quantities while accounting for lead time, coverage, and safety stock. Anticipating stockouts before they happen has never been easier.

Not only has the Monocle app been easy to use, and their forecasting/planning been accurate based on our own manual analysis, but their team has been extremely helpful and agile in adapting the app to suit what we needed.

We started using this app to get a better handle on inventory, and honestly it’s been way more helpful than we expected. The forecasts actually make sense, and we’ve been able to avoid both over-ordering and running out of key products.

It’s also been great for spotting trends early and adjusting before things become an issue. Automating POs alone has saved us a ton of time each week, and it’s nice not having to second-guess stocking decisions as much.

Seeing analytics/forecasts for each variant has been incredibly useful in understanding demand and knowing when I will stock out on product. All-in-all, I'm probably saving 5 days a month in demand planning and purchase order creation & tracking. Their support is also top notch - getting back to me almost immediately with any questions I might have. I would give this 6 out 5 rating if I could.

I started using smart purchase order since last month.
This app is perfect to create new purchase order and gives insights of how much stock is getting used. I was amazed by the fact that it considers seasonality while forecasting stock.
App also have easy user interface, strong AI engine and easy bulk edit features, which makes it easy for our team to maintain products.

Could not rate higher. Tried and tested a few apps before coming across this one. With over 1300 sku's and 100+ suppliers, we were looking for something that can simplify the process and optimise stock levels. This does that and more. It's user friendly and intuitive to use and the onboarding process by Amir is second to none. So much better to be able to have someone to speak to who knows the app inside out and wants to make it better and work with you. THANKS AMIR!!
