Monocle has been a breath of fresh air.Set-up was painless — synced with our Shopify store quickly and pulled everything in cleanly. No messy SKU mapping headaches, no endless config screens. We were up and running properly within a day.What I love most is finally having clear visibility on stock across every SKU and variant. We can see what's selling, what's stuck, and what needs reordering — all in one place. The forecasting has saved us from a couple of near stock-outs already, and the low-stock alerts mean we're not constantly checking the dashboard.For a growing brand juggling lots of variants and seasonal buys, this kind of clarity is gold. I have enjoyed using the app immensely! Forecasting for small to medium is often complicated, inaccurate, and costly-this has been a great solution for us. Their support has been amazing in teaching me how to best utilize the app and tailor it to fit the needs of our business. If an issue arises I have found them to be very responsive in acknowledging the problem, communicating updates, and finding a timely solution. The app was not initially intuitive in it's use but Amir and Bruk have been more than helpful in teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend this app.
Have been getting charged $89 per month for almost two years now and they are not responding to my support emails from Shopify to allow a refund considering I don't even have a login to the app. If I take the app off, I've lost all the money as I can't contact support anymore :(
Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.
Clean app with useful insights

Effective inventory forecasting & planning tool
Monocle has been a valuable tool for our inventory and warehouse management. The setup process was straightforward, and the platform provides a clean interface to build POs for our supplier. Built-in features like Monocle Insights on POs allows us to quickly clean up order quantities while accounting for lead time, coverage, and safety stock. Anticipating stockouts before they happen has never been easier.

We started using this app to get a better handle on inventory, and honestly it’s been way more helpful than we expected. The forecasts actually make sense, and we’ve been able to avoid both over-ordering and running out of key products.
It’s also been great for spotting trends early and adjusting before things become an issue. Automating POs alone has saved us a ton of time each week, and it’s nice not having to second-guess stocking decisions as much.
Overall, it just makes running the business feel a little less chaotic. If inventory planning has been a pain point for you, this is definitely worth trying.
Not only has the Monocle app been easy to use, and their forecasting/planning been accurate based on our own manual analysis, but their team has been extremely helpful and agile in adapting the app to suit what we needed.
