We've absolutely loved using Monocle. What stands out most is how responsive the team is. They genuinely listen to customer feedback and actually implement it, which is incredibly refreshing.
The inventory projections have been extremely accurate for our business and have made planning so much easier. On the rare occasion we run into a bug, it's fixed quickly, and their support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Monocle has become an essential part of our operations. I honestly can't imagine managing inventory without it. If you're looking for inventory forecasting software that continues to improve and is backed by an amazing team, I can't recommend Monocle enough.

We were up and running properly within a day.What I love most is finally having clear visibility on stock across every SKU and variant. We can see what's selling, what's stuck, and what needs reordering — all in one place. I have enjoyed using the app immensely! Forecasting for small to medium is often complicated, inaccurate, and costly-this has been a great solution for us. Their support has been amazing in teaching me how to best utilize the app and tailor it to fit the needs of our business. If an issue arises I have found them to be very responsive in acknowledging the problem, communicating updates, and finding a timely solution. The app was not initially intuitive in it's use but Amir and Bruk have been more than helpful in teaching me how to use it. I would highly recommend this app.

Brilliant App but is really complicated to understand. Have reached out for help via the chat box and e mail and have received nothing back. Would be good to have a proper walk through and answers to my questions.

Have been getting charged $89 per month for almost two years now and they are not responding to my support emails from Shopify to allow a refund considering I don't even have a login to the app. If I take the app off, I've lost all the money as I can't contact support anymore :(

I'm sorry this has been frustrating. To clarify how access works: Monocle doesn't require a password. You open the app from your Shopify admin, your email is pre-filled, and we send a one-time code that logs you in within seconds.

Throughout your subscription, weekly inventory reports were sent to your store's email, and every one of those emails includes our support address. We have no record of any support email from your store prior to this review. We've responded to every message and have replied through Shopify's billing process with our records.

Clean app with useful insights
Monocle has been incredibly insightful for our warehouse management and was simple to set up. Creating POs is now a much more streamlined process thanks to the support from the Monocle team. We've found that the AI-driven coverage insights are accurately calculated and reliable. The time this app saves is just one of the reasons Monocle is a valuable tool for forecasting and understanding stockout trends.
