More than happily used this app for almost 2 years, but due to us offering other digital product as well that need a PDF instead of a key we were forced to look for another app that supported both keys and PDF files.
If you only need to sell keys, this app is perfect for that and I can definitely recommend the app.
THE WORST APP ON EARTH. DO NOT USE!
Support do not answer and when they do they solve nothing. We have been stuck with thousands of orders and no serial numbers for the past 3 days.
We have apologised on many occasions for the incident that the app slowed down and have given the updates during the optimisations. Our system is running stable despite the peak volume experienced.
You've been with us for multiple years with 2 stores.
I think these two 1 star reviews you gave us do not reflect the whole period you've been using the app (and still have it installed as of today).
Yet the only two 1 star reviews are from the same company Safari Pedals/ Tuned plugins.

Really easy to use. We have been using it since 2022. We had an issue recently that was fixed very quickly and the support team came on a call to help fix it!

BAD PRODUCT WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE. They stopped answering support calls and the app is not working for 3 days straight.
