I use this app to instantly send my customers a unique access code to the assessments they purchase from my website. Saves us tons of time which used to be emailed manually. Well worth the monthly subscription. Love that they have SMTP settings so the emails come directly from our company to the buyer with their code assigned and embedded.

We have had the app installed for about two weeks. Occasionally, some emails didn’t come through, but that was more our fault. Now, however, the entire website and app have been down for several hours. Support is not responding, and the codes are not being sent out. This MUST NOT happen, as OUR customers now have to wait longer for their codes.
Should I now send them out manually? And when will everything be running again?
