Formify: custom checkout forms

Formify has been a great addition to our Shopify store. We were able to build checkout forms with custom display logic based on customer tags, which gave us much more control over the checkout experience.

The app also allowed us to hide and show shipping methods based on form inputs, and to update custom Shopify Flows using cart attributes collected through Formify forms. This has unlocked some powerful automation for our business.

Overall, Formify was easy to set up, works as expected, and the customer support is top notch. Highly recommended!

Very sleek and responsive UI theme that matches the checkout and easy to configure. Fields can also be set to required so that the customer must fill them out before proceeding with an order. Looking forward to metafields in the draft order to use this to its fullest potential!

As of now, it seems to work properly. Support is very good. Waiting for more functions from the dev! :)

Very good support! We can definitely recommend this app for the checkbox funktion. It works perfectly in the new checkout. The only thing that was missing for us was the function to add a link to the text. The developer Andrea helped us very quickly and implemented that function for us within a few days. They are very helpful!
