When someone asks where something is, it lights up that exact spot on the page. When a person is needed, it hands the conversation to you. It starts as Foxy; rename it and give it your own avatar. Set-up takes a minute: open the app, let it read your store, ask it your own questions, then switch the chat on in your theme.
