Frate Returns | Lower Returns

We started using Frate about 6 months ago while the app was still in development, and it's been incredible! It makes SO much more sense to ship returns directly to the next customer, instead of back to us first. We barely get any returns back to the warehouse now, and it it makes the return process much easier for customers and ourselves.

Customers often mention how much they appreciate us using Frate, and hope more brands will get on board! Customers love getting a deal on the EcoDrop listings, and we find it drives more sales because of the scarcity and limited time availability.

We save alot of money not having to deal with the return shipping and restocking, plus it aligns with our brand and feels good to have a more eco-friendly option for returns. Bailey and Jake are wonderful to work with - incredibly responsive, and will go the extra mile to resolve any issue that may arise.

We started working with Frate as they were developing the app. We usually don't do this, but we loved the concept and vision of what Frate would be...I can happily report that they have nailed it.
