Just wanted to drop in and share our experience switching over to Frate Returns from Loop for handling our returns and exchanges. It's been a game-changer for us, and I can't help but rave about Bailey and the whole Frate team!

From the get-go, it felt like the Frate team was all in. They're super flexible, ready to tweak things to fit just right with how we handle our orders and fulfillments. The platform itself? It's packed with features but still easy to navigate – a rare find in today's tech jungle.

The crew over at Frate is always on the ball, rolling out new goodies like instant exchanges, return image verification, and something I'm personally excited about, EcoDrop. But what's cool is they don't throw everything at you all at once. They start you off with the essentials, let you get your bearings, and then gradually introduce more features. It's like they're right there with us, keeping an eye on our inventory and making sure everything's ticking along without a hitch.

Our customer support team is over the moon with how straightforward everything is. And the customer portal? It's a thing of beauty. Super intuitive, walks you through every step of the way, and it even encourages folks to consider keeping their items or opting for an exchange – with a little extra incentive – instead of just going for a refund.

Now, let's talk about the instant exchange feature because it deserves its own shoutout. Imagine initiating a return and being offered any item from the store as a replacement, not just a different size of the same item. Plus, it handles the payment and reservation side of things seamlessly.

Frate gives us the freedom to choose the most cost-effective shipping options for returns, which is a huge plus for us looking to save where we can. And we're all geared up to start testing the EcoDrop feature, allowing customers to hold onto their returns a bit longer while we find a new home for the item.

Honestly, compared to the big names out there, Frate's personal touch, and their eagerness to listen and adapt to our feedback, makes us feel truly valued. As a brand that's all about sustainability and being eco-friendly, it's like we've found our perfect match.

I could go on all day about how much we're loving Frate and their team, but I think the best way to understand it is to experience it for yourself. If you're on the fence, I say give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!

We started with Frate in December and our experience so far has been amazing. The team at Frate is so easy to work with and they genuinely care about creating solutions that solve any of the hardships that come along with the process of servicing returns. Three features particularly standout; the image verification feature, peer-to-peer returns, and the multi-label creation feature. Image verification helps us to mitigate returns, peer-to-peer helps us to recover some of our margin loss associated with returns, and the multi-label option eases the task of returns process for my team. We previously used a larger returns solution and all I can say is I wish that we would have found Frate sooner.

We're a big shop, hundreds of thousands of users, Frate has such a creative solution with their P2P returns we're expecting hundreds of thousands of savings, and their pricing on just general returns management has beat all their competitors, while also having deep integrations into our ERP (netsuite) to take our returns role from a full time employee daily to ~1 hour for an employee as a side responsibility. Been loving the support and the team

The customer service and user experience on this app is amazing. They truly care about making sure it's set up best for your storefront. The team is devoted to making the best app for its users & takes in input and feedback on how to develop the best solution to battle the issue with returns online. OH and the image verification feature is amazing as we can check out the condition of the items before creating a return label. Gives us more feedback on the product and streamlines the process saving time and money going into this.

We started using Frate about 6 months ago while the app was still in development, and it's been incredible! It makes SO much more sense to ship returns directly to the next customer, instead of back to us first. We barely get any returns back to the warehouse now, and it it makes the return process much easier for customers and ourselves.

Customers often mention how much they appreciate us using Frate, and hope more brands will get on board! Customers love getting a deal on the EcoDrop listings, and we find it drives more sales because of the scarcity and limited time availability.

We save alot of money not having to deal with the return shipping and restocking, plus it aligns with our brand and feels good to have a more eco-friendly option for returns. Bailey and Jake are wonderful to work with - incredibly responsive, and will go the extra mile to resolve any issue that may arise.

We started working with Frate as they were developing the app. We usually don't do this, but we loved the concept and vision of what Frate would be...I can happily report that they have nailed it. Their customer service is beyond excellent. The team is really devoted to making improvements. We have had great feedback from customers too!

This has been a game changer for Good For Sunday! Returns are notoriously bad for the environment, and Frate has created a system that helps combat the wasted shipping trips and packaging that return logistics causes. But what's even better, is it's eco-friendly alternative to returns that also makes returns more affordable and less of a cost centre for brands. Because of EcoDrop, our customers have become more conscious about what they purchase and what they end up returning. If your brand cares about sustainability, this is the app to make your return system more eco-friendly AND save you money. Win-win!
