This app does exactly what it says it does. Our business gets a lot of orders on a daily basis and we often miss warnings. When an order comes through with any kind of risk i get an e-mail and a text message. It's perfect. I don't have to worry anymore about missing the Shopify warnings. If there is an issue I get notified so I know I have to follow up with the customer. We've gone from 2-3 chargebacks a month to none! Even if you only get a few bad orders it's worth it to get this app.
