Thank you for posting your review! While we resolved your issue shortly after the review was posted, we just released the permanent solution. The issue was that you had switched the app to App Embed mode, but didn't actually enable the App Embed in the Shopify Theme Customizer. Going forward the app will detect this scenario and continue to operate in non-App Embed mode until the App Embed is actually enabled. I was looking for hours for the right free gift app. Most of them don't have the auto add to cart feature like this one does and all of them didn't have exactly what I needed. Not only is this app is exactly what I needed, it also seamlessly integrated with my theme and other apps. It has more options than any other free gift app. I asked for a special request and Yavor perfectly fulfilled it within minutes! Literally had an email 5 minutes later saying he had coded in what I asked for! 100/100 app! Awesome support. I use their other apps on my store too.

This is the free gift app I've been looking for. Most of them do discount codes in the background, and as a result they conflict with my customers' ability to use discount codes and still get their free gift. Not this app. It works on the product level to clone the item and do some other magic in the background. I use the Venture theme, which I've learned seems to be unfriendly with many apps. The developer worked very quickly to fix any bugs that the theme may have introduced into the app, and now it's working as intended. Definitely recommend!

Great App... I replaced Ultimate Special Offers with this app, and it's way more integrated. Yavor at ShopDocs get's back pretty much instantly with questions and concerns. This is what customer support looks like in 2022.

This is the only ap that worked the way I wanted it to. It will automatically (with no clicks required by the customer) add a gift when they spend x amount of money, and it shows up in their shopping cart before they pay. It's right there when they click on their Shopify cart logo. Awesome.

as soon as I installed the app and created a free gift I received a flood of people to my website and they were some how ordering free gifts without making purchases all while the app was supposedly disabled. I had to completely delete to app to make it stop.
We're sorry to hear that you had issues with the app. When used in draft order mode, the app makes it 100% impossible for customers to purchase the free gifts directly. Since draft orders have a variety of side effects, our app allows shop owners the benefit to have free gifts without draft orders (which is a toggle in the app settings page). Rarely, this normally beneficial feature can result in what you saw - if the app's gifts (which are normally hidden products) also happen to be promoted by another app/other code, or get published in external sales channels, then it may give customers to ability to purchase them directly. While the app itself does not have the ability to prevent the above, we would be happy to investigate this for you and to explain all the configuration changes that you can do in order for fraudulent orders to not continue to happen.
