I am so far happy with how the app works. However, I have expected a bit more advanced features, and perhaps I should have checked before signing up for a subscription.
1. I don't like the fact that the app is creating a new product for the free gift instead of using the product that I already created in my shop. That means that I have this product 'twice', as an identical copy. If you plan to give out a lot of gifts, and you are on a Shopify plan with set amount of product, this could mean that you'll reach the maximum allowed products in your plan pretty quickly.
2. The app doesn't allow a setting that each customer receives a gift in his cart only once. This means - and in my eyes looks a bit unprofessional for a shop - that customers who are eligible for a free gift, might see this gift several times in their cart, when they come back for future purchases and the gift is still active but has already been 'given' to them before. This doesn't make sense especially in my case, selling digital products, where a download is only needed once.
I have forwarded my feedback to the app owner and developers and hope, they are able to improve the app to make the gifting a bit more reasonable for the shop owner and more professional looking at the checkout for returning customers.
All in all it seems to be a good app though, just not quite what I would have loved to see.

I uninstalled this app - it didnt allow me to cancel - and they have been charging me monthly ever since, I tried to reinstall to cancel again and it wants to charge me again. do not reccomend - can someone from support please help

I'm super impressed with the All-in-One Free Gift app, and with the amazing support provided by Shop Doctors. I was able to install free gift progress bars on my product pages, Cart page, and my Cart Drawer. It was super easy to configure the progress bar for both Free Shipping and Free Gift goals. They were also easy to customize. I needed a little extra customization to make the the bars fit my design perfectly, and the customer support exceeded my expectations. I was really impressed by how helpful they were. I know that the bars will help improve my conversion rate, and I highly recommend this app.

This app did exactly what we needed and more! The multi level gift options, and the ability to customise the look of the different elements was great. The team was also able to support our questions so quickly. Highly recommend.

Well, this is the UPDATE: Not even 5 hours later, the Dev "Yavor" contacted us via e-mail with not only apologizing, he offered to help us fix the bug. But we did'nt see the mail at this time. â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â Not even 8 hours later, he wrote another e-mail in which he literally asked to help us and let him fix this issue, since there were no one before who experienced this. He was really trying to help! So we followed his instructions and also provided him an idea of what our devs think could be the issue (what is actually hard to tell, because we dont have access to his source code). â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â He have done his things and tested around. After 15 minutes he found that there is an incompatiblity with another app we are using. He directly understood our unique store concept and the complicated usecase & functionality of the app he detected as incompatible. â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â Final solution:
He took several hours of his private time to change his code (ShopDoc's Free Gift on cart App-code), so we and other customers using the same incompatible app (wont tell the name here), wont experience this bug anymore, while using ShopDocs Free Gift App. â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â â We've never experienced this quick help & serious effort from any other App Support. Not even these, where we pay $400+ a month. I think at this point, I dont have to explain anyone who reads this, how rare this kind of customer support is these days. But ShopDocs actually cares about their customers!

Wow, the support for this app is insane. I had responses so fast I couldn't even keep up. The owner of this company is going to make a bunch of apps and be explosive in his growth due to how attentive he is with his customers, makes sure the apps does what it says it does and even went above and beyond to answer questions that didn't have to do with the app. 10/10 recommend and can't wait to use them and recommend them to others! We've already seen amazing results in just three days and our AOV is up!

I must have gone through about 50 useless terrible looking apps before finding this one. It does everything I need it to and more and is 100% customisable, fits perfect within my theme and the support was instant and extremely helpful! Highly recommend!
