After a few initial hiccups when they started out, the app mostly works well. However they can be somewhat slow responding to customer support when things do go wrong. For some reason every other month or so it simply just stops working and I continuously have to keep contacting them which is rather annoying. Other than that, the app is good and worth persisting with for now. I'm waiting to hear back from them again and will change this review over time as they improve their services.

The BOGO app looks good at first. But no one can help or answer my questions when the app was not working. And I've been waiting hours for help.
