If I could have given them zero stars, I would have!
We found them to be both slow and expensive for order fulfilment, they weren't much quicker or cheaper than shipping from the UK, so we didn't use them much.
Then they suddenly announced a minimum spend of $500 per month, and if you don't spend that much they charge you the difference - so if you only spend $100 on fulfilment in a month, they'll charge you an extra $400!!!
That absolutely wasn't the agreement that I originally signed up to so I asked to cancel my contract with them, and now they're saying that there's a $460 charge just to throw the one cardboard box of stock we have with them in the bin - ridiculous!
My advice is stay well away from this company.
