Luckily Joe was able to alleviate all of my concerns and helped me from start to finish to get my inventory prepped and ready to go to Fulfillrite. I had a bad experience with a small fulfillment company that was incompetent. Then I tried Amazon which was very complicated and hard to get a hold of for customer service. Fulfillrite solved both those problems for me. The customer service is excellent and I have had no complaints on mistakes by any customers. The pricing is very fair. Creation of the account was very simple and the web interface is very nice… You can basically drill down to any detail of the order, inventory shipment - a lot of options.
Connecting with shopify was a breeze – install it and ask your account manager on the fulfillrite side to activate it and you are in business.
Customer service is very friendly and has fast response time.

I needed a place to handle my shipping as it was consuming too much time and was holding us back from expanding. I did research and only found about 3 fulfillment centers that integrate with eBay, Amazon & Shopify.

I have been working with Joe for the past 3 months and he has been very helpful and accommodating to our needs. I am happy to be using Fulfillrite services.

I'm an ex-Shipwire customer, we used them for 6 months. They started out great, my sales rep lured me in with personal attention and quick responses. Sure their prices were high, but their website was well put together and integrated easily with Shopify. Things ran relatively smoothly till they shipped out our first order. We had shipped them marketing inserts, they didn't include them with any of our first 500 orders. So I contacted customer support to fix the issue and they refused to fix it, they also stopped talking to me. So I emailed my old sales rep, he stopped reading my emails. So I guessed the CEO's email and told him how poorly I was treated. He never responded but someone did get back to me eventually. From there on it was nothing but a fight to fix any issue. Their customer service team is garbage.

All of this to say that Fulfillrite has been a breath of fresh air. Their website feels a little older in the graphic design department, but it works great. Their customer service is great. Joe spent time on the phone explaining the shipping process and even helped us by finding a new freight forwarding partner.

Ok so thats all cool, but what about pricing, compared to Shipwire, Fulfillrites prices are amazing. They work with you to find the best prices, packaging and speed for your product. I'll update this if they start screwing things up, but I really doubt they will. We're looking forward to having a great long term partner.

Fulfillrite is possibly my biggest asset so far. As long as you follow receiving guidelines, they really are click and forget. Shipping notifications are sent the same day back to Shopify, which means your customer can stay on top of his order without having to ask you. Also, their integration is absolutely seamless! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone looking for fulfillment.

So, I had Fulfillrite for a few weeks when I first started my store. The customer service is definitely above and beyond. They answered all of my dumb newbie questions and got me up and running.

Orders were insanely convenient. Everything was automatically pulled from Shopify, shipped, and then the tracking numbers were updated and orders fulfilled so I didn't really have to touch anything.

I ended up canceling my account to drop ship instead. After a month of submitting orders to dropshippers every day and then manually typing in tracking numbers, I'm heading back to Fulfillrite! There is just nothing that can compare with the convenience and value they offer. I highly recommend them!!!

Shopify and Fulfillrite work perfectly together. My customers go to our website and order and I have to do nothing. All my orders automatically go straight to Fulfillrite for processing. After several years of being with an Atlanta-based fulfillment company that required orders be sent in manually and would provide tracking information that I had to manually send to individual customers, I decided enough was enough. Enough waking up at 5 a.m. to have orders submitted by 9 a.m. so they would be sent on the same day. After some research, I found Fulfillrite, talked to Joe Brieger who answered all my questions, and told me about using Shopify and the fulfillment app integration. I wish I had found this years sooner. It works seamlessly in the background, just collects orders and sends them to fulfillment, then sends the tracking information back to my customers without my having to do ANYTHING. I've freed up a minimum of 6 hours in my day, I no longer have to wake up at 5:00 a.m., and I'm free to focus on the more creative aspects of my company, which has expanded business. Because of this app integration, I have more time in my work day, more free time with my family, more money from increased business, and the quality of service and customer care from Fulfillrite is unmatched. Over the past few months, I've had NO problems, NO screwed up orders, NO angry customers. If you're on the fence about this, just DO IT. I barely even need my computer for work anymore - with this app running in the background handling fulfillment, and the actual Shopify dashboard app on my iPhone, I can handle 90% of my daily task on my iPhone, from anywhere in the world that I can get reception or find Wifi. 5 Stars, 10/10, A++, if you need fulfillment services for your company, use Shopify with the Fulfillrite app integration. The integration between Shopify and Fulfillrite works seamlessly allowing us to concentrate on our core business safe in the knowledge that our fulfillment is being handled to the highest degree of professionalism.

Fulfillrite is not only an excellent "pick and pack" service center, but the integration with Shopify is flawless. In fact, you don't even see the integration, its all behind the scenes. You'll be contacted by a representative who walks you through the setup and logistics. There are no settings that get added to Shopify but rather a separate web portal to access the Fulfillrite control panel.

INCREDIBLE! First off, we were using a different company and then tried to switch to UPS; however, the services that we received from UPS were not great. After that, we switched to Fulfillrite - which has been one of the smartest moves for our company. The Fulfilrite system easily integrates with the Shopify platform and was instrumental in aiding our ability to get product to market after our Kickstarter campaign (No mean feat, where you need all the help you can get). Wow! Choosing Fulfillrite for my shipping needs was one of the best decisions I've made for my business. They are super helpful all the way to the last detail. Joe Breiger, one of their reps, is on the phone with me, helping with the integration as well as the shipping needs. I had a big order (100 units) that needed to ship quick; before it had even been received into inventory. Joe instructed me how to enter the rush shipment, and within 20 minutes it was being picked up by Fedex!

If you're a small business and are looking to scale using a fulfillment center, Fulfillrite is the way to go. They have no minimums like the bigger guys, and they actually care.

Now, I can focus on growing my business and making more sales as opposed to printing out shipping labels, boxing orders, and worrying if the mailman picks up my boxes. Multiple times, even with a pickup request, the mailman didn't come and my boxes got rained on. Now I have the peace of mind that knowing fulfillrite will make sure everything gets shipped out smoothly.

I highly recommend Fulfillrite to any small business owner who is looking to scale.

Overall I'm happy with the service. It would be nice to see just slightly better integration with Shopify but I still wouldn't use any other fulfillment service at my level. I check all the options and this was by far the best for cost and flexibility.

When I have had issues they were worked out quickly, but usually using fulfillrite is a breeze. I wish I would have gone to order fulfillment earlier as it frees up about 1/2 my day :)
