I'm not exaggerating when I say that this app has the best onboarding and customer service team I have ever experienced. I'm still not sure whether I'm chatting to a real person or an AI, but whichever it is, they managed to build/solve an incredibly complex discounting method for us, and all within minutes. If this is AI, it's above and beyond anything I have used from the main players. If it's real humans/people, they know their product inside-out and have incredibly quick response times. Either way, I'd give it 6 stars out of 5, if I could.
