Fundpop Crowdfunding

I'm still not sure if the issue was a bug or user error, but the app was capturing payments when it wasn’t supposed to. I was told it might be related to regions or markets, but honestly, the behavior felt random. Unfortunately, I had to pay credit card fees when the campaign ended without being fully funded. On the positive side, I love the widget’s aesthetic—it’s definitely a plus—and the customer service was very helpful. I see potential in this app and would recommend reaching out to support to help set it up before you start collecting orders.

Really appreciate the ease of use of this app, and the fact that you can just integrate it as a widget in a nice minimal way. Their customer service has also been A1, with helping me fix things that were based on my own (not so smart) ideas, haha.

I'm looking forward to seeing more features be added, like being able to adjust your goal after you've started the campaign, but I hope it keeps the visual simplicity + ease of use, cause those are the biggest selling points for me!

This is a simple solution for Shopify crowdfunders. Implemented in a few steps and you can even use variants and additional products. Still to be improved: Campaign milestones don't work with pre-orders. Support is good and updates are rolling out soon.
