Has real potential, but too many issues to rely on right now. There's no documentation anywhere for how to set it up, build out your content, or make adjustments. You're left guessing at basic functionality from the start. If you want both an embed page and a widget, you have to enter your FAQ questions separately for each; there's no single place to enter your content once and choose where it displays. That means double the work for anyone using both formats. The embed version was also severely off-center on my site, so far off that only half of it was visible on screen, the rest was cut off entirely. The save process requires clicking through multiple pages before your work is actually saved, and today the app crashed mid-entry, wiping out everything I'd just written. A simple, reliable save button would fix a lot of this. I wanted to like this app, but I can't keep re-entering lost work and troubleshooting basic functionality that should just work out of the box.

We’d like to clarify a few points that may help. Setup instructions are available in the Help section of the app. Also, to avoid entering the same questions and answers multiple times, you can use the widget duplication option when creating similar content for different displays.

Very helpful support. More customization features using the UI, less reliance on added CSS. The added search field is useful for many FAQs.

The embedded widget looks great on my pages and the team is super fast and helpful with customisations. There is always someone on live chat. Anne, Ben and Tom have all have been amazing.

Well designed product rich with options. It took me an hour to get very complex FAQ nested right where I wanted. I hope GoodApps will improve SEO side of this app but till then I will happily use it as it is.

AMAZING APP for a drop-down/accordion FAQ section. A little confusing at first to customize, but customer service is a REAL PERSON and will tirelessly help you when you have no idea what you're doing lol. 10/5 stars!
