Gameball is by far the best app out there for a Loyalty Program, in my opinion. It helps me to engage my customers in a fun way while rewarding them in the process. This app is very straightforward and very easy to integrate. Aside from this app, the support that I had received from Gameball was exceptional. Ahmed was very patient with me, explaining everything in detail so that I can better understand how to execute Gameball on my website. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who is looking to elevate their brand experience.

We loved this app and the possibilities you can do to gamify the shopping experience, price is very reasonable versus other loyalty services and it's feature-rich. Above all, customer service reps are quick to respond and eager to help you launch your loyalty program. Much recommended!

Gameball is easily one of the best designed loyalty apps on Shopify. It truly is in a league of it's own with design, aesthetic, functionality and support. The team behind it are clearly very passionate about Gameball and it's users. This app has a lot of potential for us and our business, but some things have fallen short - especially as a small business. The Points expiry feature being blocked behind the Pro plan was disappointing. This is a feature that many rewards apps have inclusively to all their paid plans, and it has been something that initially put us off continuing with Gameball. There are a few features hidden behind an expensive paywall, which can be hard to justify for small businesses. However, the support team is incredibly attentive and helpful, and have been very informative about their plans for future plans that are more affordable and practical for smaller merchants and users. This has been very promising and has meant we will continue to support Gameball despite some initial doubts. We have high hopes for Gameball in the future and are happy to continue using this app with the hopes it will continue to grow and improve. I anticipate returning to give this review 5 stars soon.

There are so many good things about this app and the team behind it that we cannot cover everything here, but if you are looking for a modern app that's powerful, flexible, has good pricing and AMAZING customer support, look no further. We have tried so many popular apps but Gameball stands at the top of the list for sure. Easy to setup, clear instructions, very pleasing branding for your store and super powerful.
Setting it up was easy which is helpful and I love the cute pop up window on my website for the customers to see their points.
I am still deliberating if this is the right app for us, but I really like the promise of it. The team is dedicated (though time zones can cause a little hassle) and they're striving to do something new and interesting here. I will update this review later if I end up using the app. I am optimistic though.

I think this is one of the greatest apps for making your customers engaged and building loyalty. Quite fun and offers a lot of schemes so I have enjoyed this a lot. Also, the staff is super helpful.

I am in the process of setting it up but it has been pretty easy. The customer service team is excellent and took the time to answer all of my questions. Dania is the best! I highly recommend this app as it meets my reward program needs.
Lots of wasted time and headaches! I so badly wanted this app to be the loyalty tool for my small business, but I am CONSTANTLY being forced to fight fires and fix bugs that seem to appear every other day.
While the customer care team is generally responsive to my cries whenever there is an issue, they are always quick to assert that it's "surely not an issue with their app" and the fault of the other party (i.e. the likes of Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.). However I can say after dealing with numerous bugs over the course of the last few months, that TIME AND TIME AGAIN the resolution to the bug ends up coming from an issue that was identified on the Gameball side (surprise, surprise).
Gamification and loyalty are literally the crux of my business. It is simply unsustainable to be constantly trying to identify and fix the issues of a software company that is unable to deliver on their promise. Even more so outrageous when you consider that this app is not cheap. I have easily already wasted £500+ since my subscription began.
I am on the hunt for a better tool so that I can finally sleep easy at night knowing that my small business is in good hands.
