We have been looking for an app to support customer retention by way of loyalty and rewards. We downloaded and used 6 on the shopify store but have never been satisfied with the process or the feedback. We finally found the ONE with this app! It is incredibly easy to use, very customisable in terms of rewards and the customer service is incredible! So happy we finally found this! This is a gamechanger

Customer Service is outstanding A++. This app is SO UNIQUE. There is really none like it. They keep improving their widgets adding new features. Its really good to see an app that builds on itself and constantly improves. Most apps stay stagnant, they get infrequent updates or just patch bugs. Having an app that you pay for monthly + rely on to retain customers such as this, that also gets better with age cant be understated. 10/10. Best app I have ever seen hands down. You just have to install it and try it for yourself. You wont regret it.

We love the app, we are using it for more than six months now. It's perfect if you have a gaming store or anything else that falls in the hobbies niche. The app itself has really cool feature to reward the customers. It sometimes feels a bit unstable to use in the backend of Shopify, but I would overall give undoubtedly a 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks!

Great user interface, best value for money specially when you run a retention based business and very helpful & dedicated support. I'm loving this app so far. It was recommended to me by another merchant, and I was actually able to set it up in a day and get it rolling. We have yet to send out any kind of announcement about it and we've got way more people signed up than I anticipated. I also totally appreciated the onboarding call with Lauren - she was super super helpful, sincere, and attentive. I didn't feel like she was pushing anything on me but rather really listening to what I was hoping to get out of the program and letting me know what features were best for me. My subsequent conversation with Dania was just as helpful. I wish all programs and services had customer service like this! Looking forward to seeing where this program takes our business!!!
