EU-Pflicht seit 27.09.2026: Gewährleistungshinweis und Garantielabel im Shop, Checkout und E-Mail.
Seit dem 27. September 2026 müssen alle Online-Shops, die an Verbraucher in der EU verkaufen, den harmonisierten Gewährleistungshinweis zeigen. Das regelt die EU-Verordnung 2025/1960. Gibt der Hersteller eine Haltbarkeitsgarantie von mehr als zwei Jahren, ist zusätzlich das Garantielabel am Produkt Pflicht. GARAN zeigt beides mit den offiziellen EU-Grafiken: im Shop, im Checkout und in der Bestellbestätigung. Die Einrichtung dauert wenige Minuten und funktioniert in 24 Sprachen.
