Wholesale orders above your threshold stay in a pending queue until your team approves or rejects them in the embedded admin app. During onboarding you connect draft order webhooks, set your first approval rule, and add an approver email. Approving completes the draft order in Shopify; rejecting tags the draft order so it does not slip through. Every decision is stored for audit and recent activity. Optional Smart Chat
