Genie is without a doubt the inventory management solution our business has been waiting for. There is no better way to manage complex, large inventories on Shopify than Genie. The app is incredibly easy to use, syncs elegantly with our Plus Stores, saves TONS of time and effort that we were previously wasting, and continues to evolve based on our feedback. The team is exceptional and always available. In the nearly five years our business has been on Shopify we have never had such ease of integrating a new app, nor have we had such exceptional customer service. And for the price, give me a break. Get Genie!
This app is truly a Genie - absolutely miraculous in how simple the UI is and yet how powerful. It does so much that we need and has been crazy cumbersome and complicated with other, much more expensive and established options that have you bogged down in absurd uploads and downloads - this is just so seamless and intuitive. And their customer support is par none! NONE! They not only immediately answer questions, explain functionalities and help with issues but they are also very proactive when they see something you may not have set up or may need and they reach out to check if they can assist further. And they are constantly bringing new features - we needed exportable reports and 2 days later, they were available. Truly outstanding! Isaiah and Sebastian have both been outstanding. We did the free trial and signed up on day 5 for the full version! Try it!
