I've tried other loyalty apps and they all ended up costing me money for rewards my customers barely touched. GetJacked is the opposite...loyalty actually makes sense with it.
Wildly different than any loyalty program I've used. Past ones were costing me money and it doesn't seem like our customers even used it. I was paying out money in the form of points and it didn't seem like I had any uptick in usage.
With GetJacked I'm actively getting paid to grow my loyalty program AND my customers are incentivized to actually use our loyalty program and become more regular repeat shoppers.
Easily the best loyalty program out there and the only one I know of that actually makes us money instead of costing us money.
It's actually really cool how this app approaches loyalty differently from many of the other options I've looked into. Having all 3: The points system, VIP tiers, and referral features FOR NO COST. I use shopify at a flea market for selling clothes and almost ALL of my customers are super local and comeby very often just to see what's new with their favorite sellers. This program and the points system especially helps GREATLY with returning customers and it's great because how important it is for my business model.
Very aligned with long-term customer retention.

This app is actually a game changer lol. Set up GetJacked Loyalty & Rewards on my store and had the points, VIP tiers, AND referrals all running in like 10 minutes, no code, no headache, it just walks you right through it. My customers are mostly regulars who come back all the time so a rewards program made perfect sense, and watching theem rack up points and come redeem has honestly been so cool to see. Plus the fact you get all 3 features for no cost is wild, most apps make you pay for half of it.
Support's been super helpful too anytime I had a question. If you're on the fence just download it, you won't regret it.

Absolutely love this app, super easy to set up and use have noticed and increase in LTV from our customers as well. Nice and clean interface with super helpful support.
I’m a new business owner just starting out, and this is one of the most easiest and most rewarding apps on Shopify that I’ve seen so far. Being a new business owner there’s a flood of new information that you have to learn and there’s a lot of work that goes into starting out, and this app has been the ultimate game changer from the beginning. And it’s LITERALLY FREE! I’ve accumulated a few local buyers, and they all have already mentioned how amazing the rewards system is. There’s several features with this app, from tier systems that customers can unlock, to a referral system that has again… NO COST!
I did have some issues with the app, and I reached out to customer service each time (the issues were user error lol) and they were extremely quick to respond and to help. I had the issues solved within just a couple of minutes, so I can vouch that their customer service with this app is A1!!!
This app is so helpful and offers an easy to use loyalty program that rewards customers and helps build long-term engagement. A simple and effective solution for repeat customers and retention.
