What incredible customer service! I had a few issues with my app and new theme, and reached out to them on the app. I was concerned that I wouldn't hear back quick enough, but within a few hours, they responded with answers, suggestions, and even photos for reference. This app did what I needed it to do, which was simply create a bit of urgency on product pages and cart page with banners and a timer. Other apps wanted me to pay for these sections or features, but this app had everything i was looking for and it was FREE. Even better!

App works well and does what it says it will. The fact is free is almost mind-blowing, frankly.
Wouldn't mind slightly more customizing, like spacing between timed elements (D,H,M,S), or the ability to remove seconds from the timer. But overall, it works great.
I also needed support, who chatted with me inside 1 minute and answered my question quickly and accurately.
