The app is very good, free, and offers various customizations, but it's missing an important one. My only downside is that it's not possible to choose whether to apply it to all products or just specific ones.
During a Black Friday sale, it makes sense to use it across the entire store, but for those who run monthly promotions or discounts on specific products for special dates, applying it to all products doesn’t make sense. If it's possible to configure it for a specific product, for example, I couldn't find that option.

We do offer targeting for our Bar widgets, so you can choose to display them on all products or just specific ones through the Targeting tab.
If you're using the Small or Large timer, which can be added as app blocks in the editor, there's also an option to show them on specific products using your theme templates.
