I loved the ability to have a free trial before committing to purchasing this app. I had a lot of questions on how to use the app and I got really quick and helpful responses. I would highly recommend this app, it is so easy to use and set up now thanks to the wonderful team.

We had been looking at all the various apps in the Shopify store to create our gift builder function and we are really happy we chose the Gift Box Builder. It has been easy to set up and although there have been a few teething problems the customer support team has been AMAZING. Extremely responsive and have made all the changes we have requested for a better customer experience.
We are very happy with the app and the support received, would highly recommend.

I loved this app but I needed some changes in order to work with what our business does. The developers quickly arranged a 30 min zoom meeting with me to understand all my requirements. They were even willing to do customizations. Customer support is so important and QeRetail is fantastic!

As good as other builder box app for a new one its impressive and the customer service is very helpfullllll and & kind.

This app is holding up my website. I purchased it two weeks ago with a 7 day free trial…..but for some reason my 7 day free trial keeps getting extended…..and all of the functionality isn’t there to be able to set up the website. We have not had luck with support, they are non responsive. VERY frustrating.
I am testing the app, although there are basic errors, the team has been willing to solve them.
There are still a couple of pending points to resolve.
Once the app is 100% I will give it 5 stars.
