If you are looking for a gift card app that is easy to use and has a ton of features, this is it! The customer service is outstanding. We had a customer reach out with some questions that I wasn't sure of how to answer. I immediately reached out via chat support to Sid, and received a response within 5 minutes that solved my issue. We have gift cards in our store during the busy holiday season, and although we will be uninstalling the app due to low performance of the gift cards and the fact that some of the features don't apply to us since our product is not returnable, we would highly recommend and will consider piloting one more time during the next busy holiday season. Thank you Sid for a wonderfully designed app and for superb customer service!

We used this app to help with issuing a reward for shopping early in our Black Friday to customers and it worked perfectly. Sid was highly responsive and even helped customize an option to make the app work as we needed for the promotion. We plan to continue using it for our eGift card and store credit as the functionality is brilliant!
These folks are totally amazing. Seriously, the app works great with tons of options. You have no idea how outstanding the customer service is. They listen but also makes it happen. All I can say is thank you Tim and staff. If you are looking for a bundle app. Definitely use this one.
