Many stores are already using it successfully on web and Shopify POS.

Gebühren werden nach der Deinstallation weiter abgebucht.

Hi,
We understand your frustration and we’re sorry you faced this issue. Just to clarify: our team at Digital Takeout provides support for this app – not Global Blue.
About billing: Shopify controls all app payments. If the app is uninstalled, no new charges are made, but invoices already generated may still be collected by Shopify.
If you send us an email at support@digitaltakeout.es, we’ll check your account right away and make sure everything is sorted out.
