We ship to pickup points accross Europe in variousnetworks and and Globe Point works great for us. Support is very responsive and helps to sort out any problems or questions. Highly recommended.

We use the Globe Pick Up Points app across multiple Dedoles markets within our e-commerce stores, and we are very satisfied with it.

The app is clear, intuitive, and reliable. The implementation went smoothly, and everything works exactly as expected. We especially appreciate the ease of setup and the overall user-friendliness.

The biggest advantage, however, is the support team (especially Adam) – they respond very quickly, are always helpful, and handle any additional settings or custom adjustments almost immediately. Communication is professional and efficient.

At the beginning, I had several issues with the setup and honestly felt a bit lost. However, the support team responded quickly and professionally to every single question I had, guiding me step by step through the entire configuration process.

vše funguje jednoduše a bez problémů. I když se pomýlíte v nastavení nebo nastane nějaká situace, support funguje 24/7 a vše vyřeší prakticky hned. Doporučuju tuto aplikaci pro správů dopravců, výdejních míst tisk štítků.

An export setting for a local carrier was missing, I contacted the support asking if it's available or not, turns it out wasn't however they added the option the same day, great service and saves an extreme amount of time exporting orders to our local carrier

Aplikace je skvělá, vše funguje jak má. Co ale musím vyzdvihnout, tak je podpora. Úroveň podpory je velký nadstandard. Pan Honza mi nejen pomohl vyřešit problém, který bych sama nevyřešila, ale ještě mi dal tipy navíc, co mohu ve svém obchodě zlepšit. Věřím, že se díky tomu posunula customer experience mého eshopu na další úroveň. Jsem opravdu ráda, že jsem na Globe (potažmo Appfleece) narazila! Jen tak dál, dobrá práce!
