GoProfit: Profit Analytics

One of the essential apps, I’d say. It keeps us in the loop about our financial situation. No glitches, everything runs smoothly, and the helpdesk is always available. Great app!

I had a recent support interaction with Dolia from GoProfit Analytics, and she was outstanding. Dolia quickly helped resolve a custom costs and shipping issue I was facing, and her support was top-notch. While I’d give Dolia a 5-star rating for her expertise and professionalism, I believe the app itself could benefit from some fine-tuning in areas like custom cost adjustments before I give it a full 5 stars. Overall, the support team is fantastic!

Excellent app to track your Shopify store financial and marketing data. Easy to set up, and has the capacity to display data in different currencies, which is critical when selling internationally, and lacking on Shopify native analytics.
Great support from the customer team (thank you, Dolia!), always available to help with any questions or issues you may encounter.

Nice app for tracking profit and cost of products. It did have glitches where it wasn't tracking the cost properly but it seems they added a new feature back in Jan. 2025. Will have to give that a try and see if it resolved the glitches. June has been very helpful as my customer support.
