Great app in streamlining fulfillment process.
I hope future updates would have the ff:
- extended processing cutoff instead of 12mn for next day booking
- integrate order numbers via remarks
- shopify checkout integration to integrate barangays
But nonetheless, it's a good app.
Needs Major Improvements for Reliability and Support
Pros:
The platform is usable and functional for basic transactions.
Semi Con:
After 2 months of using now i have malware alerts whenever i go to the dashboard gogoexpress app using Shopify. then when i go to their website and tried to log in, i cant access my account and says "Failed to fetch". I ask their support but they can only say turnoff your web browser and try again (which any basic person knows its the first troubleshoot method) then never replied back.
Cons:
Incomplete Dispatch Process:
Once you dispatch an item, make sure it's fully complete and correct. If not, the driver will simply mark it as a failed delivery without effort to resolve.
Reporting Bug:
When you file a report from the Order Detail Page, the button becomes hidden afterward, preventing you from sending any further updates or follow-ups. It’s unclear why this happens.
Poor Customer Support:
Support is only available through email. Messenger/chat support is either slow or completely unresponsive.
No Address Validation + Poor Driver Communication:
The platform accepts “incomplete” addresses (even if they’re correct and easily found via Google Maps), but drivers won’t call the customer to confirm. Instead, they just tag the delivery as failed.
Overall Impression:
This app can be used, but it needs serious improvement. The system doesn't handle human error well. If a driver is lazy or careless, your customer might receive the item late—or not at all. Worse, customers can choose to reject the item, which means you lose both the sale and trust.
This app simplifies our fulfillment process a lot & is easy to use. I don't need to manually place the shipping details on the website anymore. It automatically updates the fulfillment of the order once the pick up is booked, BUT there is no update / feature to inform the customer that the package is on its way with their tracking number.
Customer service also needs a lot of improvement as well since they do not respond to customer concerns.
