Love the one-time fee. The developer is helpful and responsive via email.
Currently the review count on badge is finnicky and doesn't always show latest review count. Also reviews update to the latest ones only when the business is re-added on the app. It would be great if review count and reviews updated automatically after a set time.
Otherwise great app and helpful for social proof.
I was looking for a very easy to install Google Business Review app that would import the Google reviews I have. The installation was not easy but Chandra was very helpful and kept in close communication, I don't like that the message requesting reviews can't be customised as it's not very engaging but this is a Google fixed template. Make sure you understand the difference between Google Customer Reviews and Google my Business Reviews as I didn't!
