The team is also super friendly and kind and are open to new feature suggestions. I requested an option to also bulk edit product safety descriptions and the feature was there within a day.
A very clever app that can be easily integrated into our theme. Really easy to handle. In 5 minutes we discovered all the functions we currently need. When we briefly asked support about languages and translations, an answer came almost immediately and two more languages were added just as quickly. Support 1a is no longer possible! I first thought of creating my own meta fields for the GPSR data, but since I have to provide various file links/information for instructions and safety data sheets, maintaining or even creating this data would simply have been too complicated. With this app I can do this quickly in one interface. It would be nice to have an import interface (*.csv) for shops that work with many different manufacturers and have a lot of products; that would definitely be well received here. But that's not so important for us at the moment, as we are manufacturers ourselves and only offer a few products.

Wir verwenden GPSR in unserem Shopify-Shop und sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ging problemlos, und die Bedienung ist einfach und intuitiv. Alles funktioniert genau so, wie man es sich wünscht, ohne unnötige Komplikationen.
Besonders positiv ist uns der Support aufgefallen: Sobald man eine Frage hat, bekommt man innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort. Und das nicht nur schnell, sondern auch wirklich hilfreich und kompetent. So einen Service erlebt man heutzutage nur noch selten!
GPSR hat uns die Arbeit erheblich erleichtert und sorgt dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Ich kann es jedem, der mit Shopify arbeitet, nur ans Herz legen. Ein wirklich tolles Tool, das hält, was es verspricht!
