Gratify: Loyalty & Rewards

We sell supplements so retention is everything. We installed Gratify specifically for the festival/seasonal double-points campaigns. Black Friday alone we did 38% of our Q4 revenue and I credit like 60% of that to the campaign flow — points stacking, VIP early access, the works.
