Handcount Stocktake

A stocktake that runs while the shop trades: staff scan from their phones, you apply the result.

Handcount is a stocktake you run from your admin and from any phone. Create a count for one location, or narrow it to a vendor or product type. A cycle count leaves untouched items alone; a full count zeroes what nobody counted. Anything nobody scanned can be typed into the admin table, and the counting screen speaks twelve languages. Where the shelf and Shopify disagree, you settle it item by item, then apply under the adjustment reason you choose. Afterwards: export it as CSV or undo it.
