Great Concept. HORRIBLE customer service and very slow time to help you with issues. If you are paying this much a month for a service they should attend to your issues. LIKE LOGGING IN. It defaults every time to signing up for a new account and you can't log in. ALSO IT WONT LET YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS.
HappyReturns allows my customer to return & exchange with ease! I've used HR for years and the feedback from my customers means the world to us! They also have customizations to the portal as well as an array of reporting to choose from!
Happy Returns has limited options to prevent fraudulent returns from impacting your business. You will have the option to auto-approve all exchange and refunds, or manually approve all exchanges and refunds. In addition to limited features, agents at the return bars do not verify the items that are being returned. If you use the return bar, you will receive items purchased from the Salvation Army, or items that appear to be stolen from a lost and found school pile. Work on your tech, Happy Returns.

Their team is efficient and easy to work and KPI dashboards are super helpful for decision making.
