Block unsupported delivery addresses at checkout. Guide customers to enter an accepted address.

Set delivery address rules to help prevent orders your store cannot ship. Block PO boxes, US military addresses, selected destinations, postal areas, or custom address text. Apply rules across your catalog or target specific products and add exceptions. Show a clear message when a customer tries to complete an order with a restricted address. Manage policies in your admin, translate customer messages, simulate address rules, and transfer store-wide policies by CSV.
