The interface is clean, intuitive, and refreshingly simple, while still delivering all the core features that many other ticketing platforms lack. Their support is fast and responsive, and the customization options like workflow automations, custom ticket fields, custom statuses and customer fields allow us to tailor the platform to align with our business needs. We manage multiple Shopify stores, and our support team finds the system easy to use.
