We recently installed Cart AI Shopping Assistant on our store and it’s been working great . What really impressed me was the support team, they were incredibly kind, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request we had. Highly recommend!
I run a Christian apparel store, and a lot of customers come in after seeing something specific in a Facebook ad. The issue was always getting them from that ad to the right product or collection.
Carti has been a huge help. Customers describe what they’re looking for, and it shows products that match, much better than our old search.
Setup was fast too. It pulled in our catalog and was live in one night. Only thing I’d tweak is having a bit more control over the mobile greeting, but overall it’s been a solid upgrade.
