Installed it with the 14 day free trial. Contacted customer support to set it up. They replied back after hours telling me we couldn't do it unless you go to a paid plan. Replied back asking how I could test it. Waiting over 12 hours to receive a response. Unimpressed.
Updated: I had a rep reach out to help and we began making progress. I was hopeful that we could work through the trial to see the effectiveness. Then the app completely stopped loading and would blink in a perpetual loop. Reached out again, hopeful that they could continue to help and was told they couldn't help anymore. At the end of this, app is not functioning and they were not willing to help me to make the sale. Hopefully they can use this as a learning experience for future users.
