One of the worst fulfilment providers out there. Constantly losing things, not keeping us in the loop with issues that might impact delivery times. Just today they completely refused to restock the latest shipment of a product that we've already been fulfilling with them. Our customers already paid for early access of this product so now we're just getting hate.
If you truly want a world class customer experience - that you WILL need to build a loved brand, look for anyone else.
Globalement très satisfait. Plateforme moderne et bien pensée, service logistique efficace. L'équipe Hive est très présente et réactive quand il y a un problème à résoudre. On recommande !
Easy to use app from Hive, great integration with Shopify. Especially the PUDO point selector at the checkout is a huge plus for us and our customers.
J'utilise Hive depuis octobre 2025 et j'en suis très satisfait. Outre les quelques soucis de Fret entre la Suisse (hors UE) et la France, je recommande grandement les services de Hive afin d'optimiser sa logistique. Leur App est très performante et les personnes avec qui j'ai dû collaborer sont très compétentes. Je pense notamment à mon account manager actuel Alain (mais aussi Simon) qui est très aimable, disponible et à l'écoute.
Le service est très bon mais comme toute chose de qualité, cela a un coût. Je recommanderais donc de bien tout prendre en compte.
We’ve been using Hive as our fulfillment partner for about a year now, and Shopify and the Hive app work extremely well together. The integration is seamless and provides full transparency on orders, inventory, and fulfillment, with updates appearing instantly in the system. Over the past year we’ve shipped hundreds of orders through Hive across their UK and Germany operations, with very few issues. Whenever something did come up, it was resolved quickly and the team was always proactive in giving advice on how to improve our processes. A special thanks to our account manager Omar and the whole Hive team for the great service and support.
L'application fonctionne très bien, installation facile et rapide, utilisation intuitive, les stocks sont toujours à jours et jamais eu d'erreur de ce cote. Lorsqu'on fait des modifications depuis l'application Hive les données sont push dans le Shopify ce qui est super pour gagner du temps et éviter les erreurs humaines.
Je suis très satisfait de l'application.

Excellent tech/app, easy to integrate and use, covers all our needs perfectly: real-time sync with Shopify (and beyond for B2B or manual channels), ability to view real-time status of fulfilment + transport, ability to "pause" fulfilment per order if needed in 1 click, re-stocking interface and confirmations with pictures, config for various parameters (transport companies, type of packaging), fast dispatching (same day or next day max - customers can receive their order d+2/d+3), etc etc
Also integration with Gorgias is really useful for order context on our own CRM tickets.
On top of that, great onboarding team and ongoing long term account manager, they have all answers and are really pleasant to interact with. Never been disappointed with support / ticket system either when we had a question.
Can only highly recommend. At this stage it would take a lot for us to consider anyone else!
