[2023-08-29] The app is not performing as expected, and I'm having difficulty reaching customer support. I feel as though I'm being ignored and that they don't genuinely care about their customers.

[2023-10-03] UPDATE: The HKT team reached out to me directly to address the issue I encountered with their app, significantly enhancing their customer service in the process by incorporating a live chat feature for immediate issue resolution. They graciously accepted and implemented my feature suggestions, including 'Tag Removal When Conditions Are Not Met' and 'Duplicate Workflow'. I’m impressed with their professional approach to conflict resolution and commitment to continuously refining the app for an improved user experience. The app now sufficiently meets my needs, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. I wholeheartedly endorse this app and recommend others to use it as well.
