Haven't used it very much since the retailers/suppliers haven't matched up well. We did use it for a partner of ours, but have had a few problems with it. Support hasn't been very good (they haven't been responsive). The platform seems unable to handle basic items like gift cards for retail partners. We just use the free option for one partner, and it seems to be somewhat expensive relative to other similar products out there to use multiple partners.
Messaged 3 times, waiting for response. No answer, no reply, nothing. Seems like this isn't actually a network, or at least, not an active one.

I completed the app over a week ago, never got a response so either they need to organize better or understand that applicants need a response one way or the other.

The app doesnt work. No response to joint the plan or any of my follow up emails. Zero service provided. Shame as the idea is really good.
We did in fact respond to the store owner that unfortunately their store did not qualify for the Honeycomb network. We try and be as clear as we can prior to sign up that we can not guarantee acceptance.
