This app is AMAZING!! I am OBSESSED! Initially I thought we had some technical issues uploading the videos (operator error on my part). I emailed the developer who IMMEDIATELY emailed me back, who not only explained the issue but went a step above that and offered to personally upload all my Hover videos in a bulk edit which saved me hours and hours of time! Our theme initially wasn't compatible with having a second hover video. We reached out to support and Eetu was able to help us and get our products w/ video hover! This video looks great and we appreciate the quick & speedy help.
