Excellent, responsive customer service. We had a few requests to make the app work better for our particular setup, and the support team was outstanding. They understood what we were trying to achieve and implemented our suggestions incredibly quickly.

The app itself is excellent and offers a wide range of customisation options for Shopify's new customer account pages, which are very basic by default. It provides plenty of flexibility to turn them into genuinely useful landing pages for customers.

One feature we particularly like is the ability to customise the landing page based on the type of customer, allowing us to create a much more tailored experience.

Hubble makes it easy to create a much more personalized Shopify customer account experience without needing custom development.

The app is powerful, intuitive, and very flexible. What really impressed me, though, was the support. The founder personally helped us find a pricing solution that fits our stage as an early-stage startup. Fast, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping their customers succeed.

Hubble was a deciding factor for us in switching to Shopify's new customer accounts experience. We're now able to leverage widgets like announcement banners and promo cards to elevate the customer experience beyond the admittedly-barebones native portal. Hubble's segmentation features help us show the right content to the right audiences -- we've been able to create a tight UX that responds to our different kinds of customers.

We love the flexibility of Hubble's widgets -- the UI is simple and intuitive, and creating and updating content is easy, quick, and instantly deployed.

The major upside to Hubble: we can accomplish most of our needs (and more) without any engineering effort. We were able to get up and running in minutes, and the full experience came together in just a few hours -- all using Hubble.

Hubble gives us the ability to customize our customer accounts experience - not only giving our customers more reasons to 'use' their customer account when logged in, but also giving us new opportunities to promote products, special promotions, relay urgent messaging and more. Support for the app is fast, friendly and amazing. The developer is constantly adding new features to the point that it's hard for us to keep up with all the new options available to us! We're eager to keep exploring and finding new ways to add value for our customers. Hubble is easily one of our our favorite apps.

Where can I start? I was very impressed with Hubble's features. I'm always very cautious about how many apps I add to my website, it takes a lot of trial and error to find the perfect one for the function I need.

A BIG part of my decision is always the support team. Hubble has an amazing support guru, Miguel Angel. He is super responsive, willing to make changes and add features, based on feedback and customer needs, and is always open to new ideas.

I haven't even launched Hubble on my website and I'm already impressed. I'm very happy with this app and even happier to know I have a dedicated support agent available for troubleshooting or simply chatting to discover this app's next best feature.

There's only a handful of apps that are made for the new Customer Accounts setup. I've tested all that have the "Built for Shopify" badge. Hubble is the BEST one and I'm super happy I found it!

If you stayed this long to read my review, you are probably just like me, hesitant to add yet another app to your store. Trust me on this one, it's AMAZING!

Brilliant app that brings theme editor level control to the customer accounts area, something much needed if you are wanting to build a comprehensive customer accounts experience with flexibility to customise in future at the click of a button. There isn't another app like this.

Particularly like how it can draw into attributes related to the customer, and although I haven't tried it yet, I like that there are options to dynamically display content depending on the attributes of the customer too.

The team are also super helpful and added in a feature free of charge for me. Hubble really pushes the boundaries of what customer accounts can offer, and has been a key part of our project.

Phenominal experience. Very helpful and efficient to fulfill my custom needs.
