Within hours, our flexible Click and Collect solution can be seamlessly integrated into your Shopify store checkout. This gives your customers access to our nationwide network of 4,000+ Collect Points (6,000+ from peak 2018 onwards) from which they can collect their deliveries.

Our locations are trusted convenience stores, pharmacies and dry cleaners, with over 80% open later than 9.30pm, 82% open 7 days a week, and 84% within 1km of a major transport link.

How HubBox Works on Shopify

  • Customers are offered Click & Collect as an alternative to home delivery at checkout.

  • After selecting Click & Collect for their delivery, customers can search the network map to find their nearest HubBox Collect Point.

  • Having confirmed their chosen Collect Point, customers will proceed to checkout where HubBox populates the shipping details and appends a unique 7-digit number (HubBox ID) after the customer’s surname.

  • Customers can then choose their preferred delivery speed from your existing delivery options.

  • After completing checkout, you process the order and print the shipping label in exactly the same way as a home delivery, using your existing courier to ship to the HubBox Collect Point.

  • When the items arrive at a Collect Point they are logged into the HubBox system, triggering a delivery notification email to the customers.

  • Customers then have 14 days to collect their delivery at their convenience, ensuring their deliveries are never missed again.

Great app, it just works as it's supposed to! Technical support very quick to respond and account managers are friendly and helpful.
