My HyperPay account has been stuck in Pending status for over a week with no activation, which has completely blocked my store from accepting payments. Customers are unable to place orders, and Apple Pay is still not available, despite being a critical payment method in the Saudi market.

This unacceptable delay has caused direct financial losses, in addition to serious psychological and reputational damage, as my business has been fully disrupted and customer trust has been negatively affected.

I demand an immediate resolution today, along with a clear written explanation for this delay, a confirmed activation timeline, and fair compensation for the downtime and losses caused by your failure to activate the service on time.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter formally through Shopify and relevant authorities, as the ongoing disruption is causing significant harm.

This matter requires urgent and serious attention.
