Working with this vendor has been nothing short of stellar. They took the time to learn my business, to understand its idiosyncrasies and they rooted themselves in the appropriate considerations I should take to leverage their GenAI chat system to positively improve the customer experience.

Our particular focus was to collect data during our peak season to better understand the success metrics we needed to scale our DTC site, and the deployment of their chat system (and implementation of the Team's ideation) accomplished this understanding. From the outset of the project , the team's depth of knowledge and expertise was evident, which put me at ease about the project, the KPIs selected and the implementation efforts. Their approach ensured that every detail was attended to promptly and efficiently. It's clear that they are committed to the success of their customer deployments, and my opinion is that they are committed to being a market leader.
