発送した注文が届いたか、配送会社のサイトで一件ずつ確認していませんか。一括追跡は、Shopifyに登録された追跡番号から配送状況を定期的に確認し、配達完了までの確認作業をまとめます。ヤマト運輸・佐川急便・日本郵便など国内53社に対応。不在・持ち戻り・配送例外も管理画面で確認でき、取得した配送イベントをShopifyへ反映します。購入者向けには、新しいお客様アカウントの注文状況ページに「配送履歴」アプリブロックを追加して表示できます。WMS・OMSなどから連携される独自の配送会社名や追跡URLは、ストア別マッピングで割り当てられます。基本の自動追跡にShopify Flowは不要で、追加の自動化には任意で利用できます。取得できるステータス・履歴・日時と更新間隔は、配送会社・サービス・設定により異なります。
