I’m mydedor.com, and I installed this plug-in so that my customers can order their favorite art paintings in my store. Then I hope to get the support of the developers. I hope this plug-in can bring me more functions. I contacted the technical support and got a reply quickly. I kept putting forward my needs,

This app was great! We have had issues with customers uploading files that are too small to be printed at the size that they order, and then we struggle to get in contact with them to fix the issue. This app fixed that problem.
We were able to set different size options for a single product, and then set minimum sizes for uploading in that size. In addition, I had a lot of questions and the customer service was fantastic. They kept in contact with me until my issues were resolved, despite my jumbled communication.

For the price, you won't find a better app. Customization apps are expensive and all I really needed was the ability for customers to add their photos. This does that perfectly and also lets them add text. It's easy to use without tons of complicated features I didn't need. I had a question and a feature request, owner was quick to answer and fix me up. Great service on top of a great product.
